Information
This was built for a mobile hairstylist based in Cambridge, the client requested that I give the website a new lease of life while keeping the same colours and logo as the previous website. To match the hairstyling aesthetic I added hairstyling paraphernalia & fashion related items to the page (such as the tags, which are similar in appearance to clothes tags). The website also has a Flash application provided by Flickr which shows any photos recently added by the owner of the website.
Every page on the the website validates to HTML strict, except for the gallery page which is HTML transitional (due to the need to use an iFrame for the Flickr feed. The website looks the exact same in every browser tested except for IE5.5 which has a few minor differences.
